Augustine James, popularly known as Coach AJ, is a passionate life coach who deals with people from all walks of life. In a span of 7 years, he has given talks in hundreds of schools, churches and he has organized tailor made programs to cater for specific needs of some people in the society.

Coach AJ is the founder of YASA® (YOUNG AND SET APART), a transformative youth program that is run during the School Holidays and ONE FAMILY MISSIONS® that does a variety of programs in schools around Kenya.
